New Azusa Ministries

Dr. Grady Thomas, Jr. is the Senior Pastor of  New Azusa Ministries, in Memphis, Tennessee.

 

Pastor Thomas has been in the ministry for 44 years, being licensed in 1964 and ordained in 1967 and has pastored for approximately 37 of those years. 

 

He attended the University of Illinois,  Roosevelt University in Chicago, Illinois, and received  his Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry degree, from Friends International  Christian Univeristy.  During his DMin studies,  he maintained a 4.0 GPA.  He has taught at the Charles Harrison Mason Bible College, the former  Acts Theological Seminary and at Christ The Rock Metro Church School of  Revival Ministry.

 

Pastor Thomas is also a  District Director with the International Covention of Faith Ministries (ICFM), headquartered in Arlington, Texas. 

 

He started in the radio Ministry in 1968 and was active in that medium until 1997.  He along with his wife,  Dr Jettie Thomas,  hosted   New Azusa's  telecast, "The Victorious  Health  Telecast" until 2002. 

 

   Pastor Thomas is a person who believes in a man loving his wife and family.  Because of his belief, he has loved his wife, Dr. Jettie, for over 47years of marriage.  Together they have one son, Aaron, who is presently the Minister of Music, here at New Azusa

New Azusa Ministries is a multi-faceted ministry having many areas of ministry.  Our pastor stress the need for deliverance for the whole man - spirit, soul and body.  One of the unique ministries is the Wellness Center that focues on "Restoring Health the Natural Way" which is directed by Jettie Thomas, N.D.
